Why choose to refer your patient to us?
Ultimately, we know that RESULTS are what count. Your patient trusts you to refer them to the physical therapy facility that will achieve the results they want. If the patient comes back unhappy, we know that presents a problem for you. Not only do we communicate with you the objective improvements that your patient makes, we ensure they report back to you their subjective improvements also. We want your patient to thank you for referring them to Atlas Physical Therapy.
We make it easy to refer
We understand that you have a choice where to send your patient for physical therapy. Therefore, we make it very easy for your and your office staff to refer your patients to James River Physical Therapy. Simply fax over the prescription and patient demographics to (804) 330-0937, then we will take care of the rest. If the patient requires authorization from their insurance carrier, we will do our best to help you in the process. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to refer a patient to us.
We believe that communication is the key to your patients’ success in getting better. We will do everything we can to keep you informed about their progress and consult with you as needed. We also ask that if there is ever any questions about a patient, please call and ask to speak with the treating physical therapist.
